Manger/Supervisor - Karen Deluce

Karen has a DPP in Pre-school Practice (Level 3) and 30 years experience in childcare. She has worked at Pied Piper for more than 15 years and is a mum of two. Karen is First Aid trained and is the CPLO (Child Protection), and is also a Registered Child Minder.

 

Pre-School Assistant - Yvette Wright

Yvette has been a childminder for 10 years and holds a Level Three Diploma in Home Based Childcare. She is First Aid trained and is a mum.

 

Pre-school Assistant - Marion Barnett

Marion has a PPA Foundation Course (Level 1) and 20 years experience working with children. She has been at Pied Piper for many years. She is First Aid trained and is the SENCO representative (Special Educational Needs). She is a mum of two.

 

Pre-school Assistant - Angela Hall

Angela has a PPA foundation course (Level 1) and over 20 years experience working with children. She is the longest serving member at Pied Piper. She is a mum of four. Angela is the Health and Safety Officer.

 

Pre-school Assistant - Hannah Deluce

Hannah is our youngest member of staff. She has been with us for over 3 years. She holds a grade A in Health and Social Care and an Animal Care Diploma. Hannah is a our Craft Cordinator and our Behaviour Manager.

 

All staff are CRB/DBS approved and attend various training throughout the year to keep updated
